Three years as the design team for a US B2B technology company in insurance and mobility. One system behind every presentation, campaign, illustration and recruitment post — built so the work ships in days, stays on brand on its own, and gets faster the longer it runs.
Axiom Connected runs several product lines across mobility, insurance and warranty technology, selling to enterprise partners in the United States. Sales, marketing and HR all produce material constantly, and they produce it against short deadlines.
Each team had solved that on its own. Decks were assembled from whatever the last deck looked like, campaign artwork was made per campaign, illustration changed with whoever drew it. The work was competent, and each piece looked like it came from somewhere else.
So the brief was really two briefs, and the second mattered more: make the output consistent, and make it faster to produce at the same time. Consistency only works if it's faster than starting from scratch.

Everything here is built to be run by non-designers. The design lives in reusable blocks — layouts, chart styles, illustration components, image treatments — assembled in Figma and handed over into the tools each team already works in. Marketing changes a headline, swaps a figure or rebuilds a section on its own, and the result still looks right. Production tooling, including AI where it saves real time, sits behind that: it speeds up the mechanical work, and the design decisions stay with the designer.
Sales and partner presentations, including the material used in enterprise conversations. Campaign and product marketing assets. Illustration and iconography for product and web. Social artwork across channels. Email and newsletter design. Employer brand and recruitment material.
The range is deliberate. A company selling several products to several audiences needs a design partner who sees all of it, because that is the only vantage point from which the material can be kept coherent as it scales.
Working continuously changes the economics too. The brand, the products and the context are already known, so every new piece starts the day it's asked for.
Material that used to be assembled per deadline is now assembled from a system. A new deck starts from blocks that already exist and already look right — the difference between a day and a week.
Because the templates are editable by the people who need them, design time is spent where judgement is actually required: new campaigns, new products, new territory.
